HOURS OF OPERATION:

June - August – Office closed for the summer
Classes are offered during the summer and the studio is in use during evenings, but no one is available to talk with you personally regarding information on classes. It is best to leave a voicemail or email requesting information during summer break and you will receive a response within a few days.

The studio is generally open 15 minutes before the start of the first class of the day, until 15 minutes after the last class of the day ends.

Holiday Breaks - We observe the same holiday breaks as the Bartholomew Consolidated School Corp. Any change other than this will be posted at the studio. The following dates are vacation days for the 2008-2009 school year: Labor Day, September 1; Fall Break, October 16-17; Thanksgiving Break, November 26-28; Winter Break, Dec. 22-Jan.2; Spring Break, Mar. 16-20., Memorial Day, May 25.

Special School Days - We WILL hold classes on designated BCSC “snow make-up days” or “half days,” as well as on MLK Jr. Day, so be sure to look for signs in the studio.

Weather Cancellations - If 2 or more class times are cancelled in the same pay period due to weather, one “make up” lesson at no additional charge will be scheduled for a different day and time. Listen to local radio stations for late weather cancellations or call the Studio for a recorded message to verify class cancellations.

Make-up Lessons – These will be considered on a “per request basis” at the teacher’s discretion for hospitalized illness or injury ONLY. If students miss class for other events such as sports, musicals/plays, or school activities, teachers will determine if make-up is needed; students needing make-up classes will be charged $25 for a 30-minute class.
